TUESDAY NIGHT...

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL INCREASE THIS MORNING WITH PATCHY
  FREEZING DRIZZLE IN SOME AREAS EARLY THIS MORNING. THE SNOW WILL
  BE MODERATE TO HEAVY THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. THE SNOW WILL
  CONTINUE BUT GRADUALLY DECREASE TUESDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW TOTALS OF 6 TO 10 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
  WITH THIS LONG DURATION SNOWSTORM...GENERALLY STRETCHED OUT OVER
  A 24 TO 36 HOUR PERIOD. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE...
  ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...VERY PATCHY TRACE ICE ACCUMULATIONS FROM
  FREEZING DRIZZLE ARE POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING...MAINLY IN
  NORTHWEST IOWA.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...WIND SPEEDS WILL RANGE FROM 5 TO 15 MPH
  THROUGH TONIGHT. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH
  TUESDAY. FALLING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN A
  HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE MAY CREATE PATCHY SLIPPERY
  SPOTS PRIOR TO SNOW ARRIVING. ONCE SNOW BEGINS TO FALL...SNOW
  COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITIES WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS. THE INCREASING WINDS WILL ALSO LEAD TO AREAS OF
  DRIFTING SNOW TUESDAY.
