STURGIS, S.D. (AP) - The owner of an adult entertainment store in Sturgis who faces criminal charges has reached an agreement with the city and Meade County to move his business to a new site.
David Eliason says he will move Dick and Jane's Naughty Spot to one of seven approved locations by July 15. Meade County State's Attorney Kevin Krull says that in return he will drop charges.
Eliason late last year pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of violating a state law that limits where adult-theme businesses can be located.
