Former Faulk County Commissioner pleads guilty to rape

    FAULKTON, S.D. (AP) - A man who used to serve on the Faulk County Commission has pleaded guilty to raping one girl and having sexual contact with another.
     Kelly Stevens pleaded guilty Tuesday to the two felony charges that carry a maximum punishment of 30 years in prison.
     Authorities say the crimes happened last year. Law enforcement found out about them earlier this summer and arrested Stevens.
