Jodi Westphal and Kirk Anderson announce their wedding engagement. Jodi is the daughter of Warren and Nadine Westphal, Spring Green, WI. The Bride-to-be is a 2006 Graduate of Richland Center High School in Richland Center, WI and a 2008 Graduate from Madison Technical College with a degree in Business Management. Kirk is the son of Dan and Joann Anderson of Lakeville, MN and graduated from Lakeville High School in 2006.
