SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A federal jury has convicted a South Dakota man on two counts of abusive sexual contact.
The U.S. attorney's office says 54-year-old Marcos Davila, of Peever, engaged in sexual contact with two juveniles less than 14 years of age. Authorities say the first incident occurred in the winter of 2002, and the second occurred in the summer of 2011.
Davila faces a maximum penalty of life in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 15.
