Rachael Hallem of Brookings and Timothy Feekes from Alcester have announced their wedding engagement.   Rachael is a 2002 graduate of Brookings High School and attended SDSU. Rachael is employed at OEM Worldwide in Watertown as a Material Coordinator.   
Timothy Feekes graduated from Alcester High School and SDSU School of Engineering. An April 2012 wedding is planned on the Grand Bahama Island.   Parents of the couple are Tonya Dorn and Mike Hallem from Brookings and Colleen Green of Alcester SD.
