SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Want to open a small business? Head to
South Dakota.
The state has once again been named the friendliest state toward
small business by the Small Business Entrepreneurship Council.
It's the seventh year in a row the state has received the recognition.
The study highlighted South Dakota's tax policy and also
recognized the state's low crime rate, few health insurance
mandates and low levels of government spending.
