SDSU BRACKETBUSTERS… The South Dakota State men’s basketball team will host the University at Buffalo Bulls in the SEARS BracketBusters on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 12 p.m. live on ESPNU.
Buffalo currently ranks third in the MAC East Division with a 12-6 overall record and a 5-2 record in conference play, while the Jackrabbits rank second in The Summit League standings with a 17-6 overall record and a 9-2 mark in league play.
The game between the Jackrabbits and Bulls not only marks the first meeting between the two teams, but it also marks the first-ever nationally televised game from Frost Arena.
The noon start time and televised game may force SDSU Athletics to change the start time for the Jackrabbit women's game against North Dakota State on Feb. 18, scheduled to start at 5 p.m.

SUMMIT POW… Oakland's Travis Bader was named Summit League Player of the Week. The sophomore knocked down a school-record 10 three-pointers, the third-highest game total in Summit League history, on 14 attempts and averaged better than a point per minute, totaling 37 points in 35 minutes off the bench. His point total is the nation's highest off the bench this season and ties for the nation's 18th-best overall total while his 10 treys are tied for the nation's highest game total. Overall, Bader posted 12-of-18 shooting and converted all three free throw attempts while adding three rebounds and two assists in the win over SDSU. Two nights later, Bader scored 12 points, connecting on four threes, while adding four rebounds and one steal against North Dakota State.
