SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Police in Sioux Falls say a person who
tried to rob a convenience store didn't get anything for his
efforts.
Authorities say a male with a bandanna covering his face walked
into a Kum & Go store just after midnight Sunday and demanded money
from the clerk.
Police say the suspect eventually fled without any cash. The
clerk was not hurt.
There have been a record number of business robberies in South
Dakota's largest city this year. The Kum & Go store has been targeted
twice in a week's time. A man got away with cash last Tuesday.
