THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SIOUX FALLS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM
NOON TODAY TO MIDNIGHT CST WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING...RAIN AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA WEDNESDAY
  AFTERNOON AND SWITCH OVER TO SNOW WEDNESDAY EVENING. SNOW WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF TWO TO FOUR INCHES CAN
  BE EXPECTED THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS
  AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. BY WEDNESDAY MORNING...WINDS OF 20 TO 30
  MPH ARE EXPECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY WEDNESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT
  CREATING VISIBILITIES AROUND ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS COOLER AIR MOVES INTO THE REGION AND
  WINDS INCREASE...WIND CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL. WIND
  CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL FROM THE LOWER 20S THIS EVENING TO
  THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO BY EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. WIND
  CHILL VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO HOVER NEAR ZERO THROUGHOUT THE DAY
  ON WEDNESDAY...BEFORE FALLING TO NEAR 20 BELOW ZERO WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT.
