ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) - Circuit Judge Jack Von Wald of Aberdeen
has been named outstanding judge by the South Dakota Trial Lawyers
Association and will be honored at its convention June 23.
The 67-year-old Von Wald has been a judge for 18 years after 25
years as a lawyer in private practice. He's part of the judicial circuit that
serves northeast South Dakota.
Trial lawyers throughout the state nominate and select the
winner of the award.
