The South Dakota Department of Transportation will be opening South Dakota
Highway 28 two miles west of Lake Norden tomorrow (friday).
The contractor has completed replacement of a box culvert that was damaged
earlier this year by flooding.
Miscellaneous cleanup work remains and will be completed after the roadway
is opened to traffic.
