PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard is asking
that all flags in the state be flown at half-staff on Sunday to
honor those who died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks a decade ago.
Daugaard's proclamation asks that flags be at half-staff from 8
a.m. until sunset.
The governor says emergency responders, soldiers and their
families "are worthy of eternal gratitude."
