PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - The South Dakota Department of Corrections
says two people were arrested for trying to deliver synthetic
marijuana and other items to inmates at the state penitentiary in
Sioux Falls.
Twenty-eight-year-old Nicole Lindner and 18-year-old JoDean
Unzelman were charged with felony possession of unauthorized
articles with the intent to deliver to a prisoner. The two were
arrested Sept. 10.
Five inmates were also placed in the disciplinary segregation
unit.
The incident remains under investigation.
