Man Arrested After Firing Gun in Sioux Falls



     SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Gunshots fired in Sioux Falls early
Sunday morning led police to arrest a man on several charges,
including aggravated assault.
     Police pulled over 37-year-old Steven Michael Jedlicka vehicle after receiving
reports of a man firing a handgun outside a residence.
     Police say Jedlicka was involved in a domestic disturbance and
followed his girlfriend outside of the home when he fired three
shots into the air.
     Officers recovered a handgun at the residence. Nobody was hurt.
     Jedlicka also is charged with reckless discharge of a firearm,
possession of a firearm while intoxicated and drunken driving.
