YANKTON, S.D. (AP) - An inmate who walked away from the federal
prison camp in Yankton about six weeks ago has been apprehended in
Chicago.
Thirty-two-year-old Marlon Smith went missing on Aug. 9. He
was taken into custody without incident on Monday.
Smith was serving a 5-year sentence for using a telephone to
facility the commission of a felony crime. He was to be released in
September 2012.
