MADISON, S.D. (AP) - Three South Dakota men accused of stealing
vehicles and setting them on fire to destroy the evidence have been
indicted on additional charges of intentional damage to property
and underage drinking.
Twenty-one-year-old Jonathan A. Christensen, of Aberdeen, 19-year-old Alan
S. Olson, of Aberdeen, and 21-year-old Darrell G. Kaiser, of
Madison, were charged after two cars and one abandoned farmhouse
were set on fire northeast of Madison on Aug. 21.
A Lake County grand jury indicted the men on additional charges
that included intentional damage to property and underage drinking
last week.
The three men are scheduled for motion hearings in Third Circuit
Court in Madison on Oct. 24. Their trial dates are set for Nov. 16.
