MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) - A concrete company in Mitchell is suing a
woman for damages after the women reportedly rode her bike in wet
concrete that had been laid for a new sidewalk.
Big-O-Concrete is suing Diana Reiner, of Mitchell, for reportedly
riding her bike past cones and onto the uncured concrete. The
damage measured nearly 200 feet.
When Mitchell city officials inspected the work, they required
the company to tear out the damaged portion and replace it.
The company is asking for $5,736.
