HURON, S.D. (AP) - A Huron dance hall owner who faces a charge
of rape has been released on a $10,000 bond.
Thirty-four year-old Werner
Haraldo Fajardo was arrested after Huron Police received several
complaints about after-hour activities taking place at the El
Cuervo Dance Hall.
Farjardo faces several charges, including first-degree rape and
furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and Fajardo could face
additional charges.
A court date is pending.
