SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Black Friday is still several hours
away, but a handful of the most dedicated shoppers have been in
line for more than a day outside of a Sioux Falls Best Buy store.
Thirty-one-year Ben Bouza and 37-year-old David Havermann lined
up outside the store about 1 p.m. Wednesday. The two - who are
second and third in line of about 10 people - didn't know each
other but quickly became friends as they passed the time watching
movies on Bouza's laptop and playing cards.
Both men say they only got a few hours of sleep Wednesday night.
Bouza slept in his truck, while Havermann spent the night in an ice
tent with portable heater.
Both say they are thankful that it's not snowing like it did
last year.
