SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Friends and colleagues say the four
people killed in a plane crash in Sioux Falls were all pursuing
their passions.
The three passengers - 50-year-old Kevin Anderson, of Sioux Falls;
30-year-old Joshua Lambrecht, of Brandon; and 47-year-old Daniel
Swets, of Sioux Falls - were flying from Sioux Falls to Rapid City
for a youth robotics practice competition when the plane crashed
around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
Retired engineer Alan Swanson knew the three men. He tells the
newspaper that the men shared a love of family, students and
education.
Fifty-four-year-old Brian Blake, of Sioux Falls, was piloting
the plane.
Sioux Falls Civil Air Patrol commander Jerry Foy says Blake was
a soft-spoken gentleman and an exceptional leader.
Officials do not yet know what caused the crash.
