PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - The South Dakota Board of Chiropractic
Examiners has revoked the license of a Yankton chiropractor charged
with making false Medicaid claims.
The board says in a news release that it revoked the license of
Larry L. Jones, effective immediately. Jones will not be allowed to
reapply for a license for five years.
Jones acknowledged he submitted false Medicaid claims to the
state between January 2005 and March 2011. He also admitted to
making similar false claims to Medicare.
Jones has been charged with a felony for making the false
claims.
