SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - U.S. Attorney for South Dakota Brendan
Johnson has been appointed to an advisory committee that helps
shape law enforcement policies.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says Johnson joins seven other
U.S. Attorneys on the Attorney General's Advisory Committee.
The committee represents the 93 U.S. Attorneys across the
country and provides input to the Attorney General on issues
affecting the Offices of the U.S. Attorneys.
Johnson says in a news release that he is humbled and honored by
the appointment.
Holder appointed Johnson to AGAC's Native American issues
subcommittee in 2009
