Brookings police are investigating a car burglary that involved
the theft of some $2100 worth of hunting gear.
The theft was reported Wednesday afternoon and happened
sometime between 6:00 o'clock Tuesday night and Noon on
Wednesday.
The pickup was parked on the 500 block of 12th Street South.
Stolen was a Benelli 12-gauge shotgun valued at $1100 and
a range finder valued at $1000.
