Man Arrested After Highway Shooting

RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Authorities have arrested a Box Elder
man who allegedly shot at a vehicle on U.S. Highway 16 in southwest
South Dakota.
Rapid City police and the Pennington County Sheriff's Office say
the 19-year-old man is accused of randomly shooting at a car
Wednesday night. Authorities say they seized a handgun when they
arrested the man late Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say the three people inside the rental car heard
something hit it as they were driving by the Reptile Gardens
