Volga to be South Dakota's capital for a day



     PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - South Dakota is changing its capital to Volga on June 13.
 
     Gov. Dennis Daugaard recently announced that Volga has been chosen to be South Dakota's Capital for a Day.
 
     Daugaard will tour Volga and have a coffee outreach hour with residents. The day concludes with a 2 p.m. ribbon cutting ceremony for Pioneer Hi-Bred's expanded research center.
