REDFIELD, S.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a missing South Dakota man who was found dead inside his vehicle in a river.
Spink County Sheriff Kevin Schurch says that authorities believe 75-year-old Donald Stahl of Redfield drove off a highway west of the town, went through a fence and a field and ended up in the Turtle Creek River. The sheriff says the cause of death was not immediately determined but foul play is not suspected.
Stahl was last seen Tuesday. His body was found Wednesday by searchers on the ground and in the air.
