Small wildfire contained in southwest South Dakota



   RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Firefighters have contained a small wildfire in southwest South Dakota they say was caused by lightning.

   The Quarry Fire south of Black Hawk burned 7.5 acres, or less than a square mile. Most of the land was in the Black Hills National Forest; less than an acre was privately owned.

   The fire started about midday Wednesday and was contained at 8 a.m. Thursday. No structures were threatened.
