SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A man says he was stabbed and kicked in a fight with two men who were driving by in south Sioux Falls.
The 26-year-old victim was taken to hospital for his injuries.
The man told police he was walking near O'Gorman High School when a red car stopped beside him. He says there were three people inside.
He says one of the car's occupants got out, punched him several times and stabbed him. Then another occupant got out and kicked the victim in the head.
The man who was struck walked to his girlfriend's apartment and called the police.
The incident happened early Friday morning. Police Sgt. Sean Kooistra said Saturday no one has been arrested yet for the alleged assault.
