Brookings police are investigating the theft of an expensive electronic
component from Daktronics.
It was reported Friday that a V-Link video processor had gone missing,
apparently prior to a scheduled shipment to Hong Kong in February. It
never arrived with the rest of the shipment.
The processor is valued at about ten-thousand dollars. Police do not
yet have any suspects.
