SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A South Dakota man has been sentenced to a year and a half in prison after threatening someone with an air pistol.
Adam Poor Bear was charged in federal court with assault with a dangerous weapon.
The U.S. attorney's office says the 23-year-old Poor Bear pushed the barrel of the air pistol up against the victim's head and indicated he was going to fire the trigger.
Authorities say an air pistol is capable of causing injuries.
