SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Authorities plan to cite a trucker with careless driving after a rollover crash and fuel spill in Sioux Falls.
The tanker truck was carrying about 10,000 gallons of gasoline. The amount that spilled Monday afternoon wasn't immediately determined but the South Dakota Highway Patrol says all of the fuel was contained.
The truck driver was not hurt, and no other vehicles were involved in the crash. Authorities say the driver made a turn that was too sharp, and the tanker rolled in a ditch when it hit a soft shoulder on the side of a road.
