Sioux Falls garbage truck dumps burning load

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - A truck driver dumped a load of garbage on a Sioux Falls street after noticing in his rear-view mirror that it was burning.

No one was injured, but the Waste Management truck had fire and smoke damage.

Police say the driver turned onto a less-traveled street and dumped the load after seeing the flames. Firefighters then put out the fire.

It's not known what caused the garbage to combust.
