The Brookings County Sheriff's Department is asking for help locating
the driver of a crashed pickup. The man left the scene of a Saturday
morning accident.

The Sheriff's Office reports it happened just before noon at a bridge
near Aurora on 214th Street.  A witness says the 1988 Chevy S-10 hit
the bridge, went off the road and landed upside down in the creek.  The
driver was outside the truck and walking around.  The witness told the
driver he was going to report the accident.  When he went back to his
home, the witness saw the driver running down the road.

The driver was picked up by someone in a gold car, possibly a Ford
Taurus.

The driver is described as a 25 to 30 year-old man, about 5-10 with an
average build. He had very dark, short hair and a small goatee. He also
has a large, round tatoo in the middle of his back.
