Death blamed on winter storm




     DEADWOOD, S.D. (AP) — At least one death is being attributed to the record-breaking
snowstorm that hit western South Dakota.
     The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office says a rural Deadwood resident collapsed while
cleaning snow off his roof and later died.
     Authorities did not immediately identify the person.
     The weekend storm dumped 4 feet of snow near Deadwood.
