...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST
TONIGHT...

* TIMING...MUCH OF THE ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL OCCUR THROUGH THE
  EARLY AFTERNOON...WITH LIGHT SNOW LINGERING FOR THE REMAINDER
  OF THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AVERAGING 4 TO 7
  INCHES IS EXPECTED.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL STEADILY INCREASE
  THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS...THEN SETTLE INTO THE 20 TO 30 MPH
  RANGE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS WILL RESULT IN
  VISIBILITY REDUCTION TO AROUND A HALF MILE OR LESS AT TIMES IN
  OPEN AREAS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS COLD AIR RUSHES IN...WIND CHILL VALUES
  WILL FALL TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO THIS AFTERNOON...
  THEN TO 15 BELOW TO 20 BELOW THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.

A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW
AND BLOWING SNOW ARE FORECAST THAT WILL MAKE TRAVEL DANGEROUS.
ONLY TRAVEL IN AN EMERGENCY. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL...KEEP AN EXTRA
FLASHLIGHT...FOOD...AND WATER IN YOUR VEHICLE IN CASE OF AN
