Another man sentenced as part of Sturgis underage sex sting

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - One of nine men accused of trying to pay for sex with underage girls at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Federal prosecutors say 44-year-old Michael Francis Fox Jr., of Owings, Md., also must register as a sex offender and forfeit his 2007 Suzuki vehicle.

He and the other men charged responded to online classified ads placed during last year's Sturgis rally.

Prosecutors say Fox was arrested Aug. 4 for trying to obtain sex with a 12-year old girl.

He was convicted of attempted trafficking with respect to involuntary servitude and forced labor.

Prosecutors say five of the men have pleaded guilty, one was found guilty by a federal jury and the three are awaiting trial.
