Several roads reopen as flood recovery continues



     SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - State officials have opened more highways in southeastern South Dakota that have been closed the last few weeks due to flooding caused by heavy rains.
 
     The state Transportation Department says Highway 46 and Highway 48 at the Iowa state line, Highway 19 south of Centerville and Highway 46 west of Highway 19 reopened on Tuesday after being repaired.
 
     Highways 19A and 46 remained closed in the Centerville area.
 
     In western South Dakota, Highway 34 is still shut down east of Howes.
