For the second time, Ken Huber is found guilty of murdering his wife in 2007.
A jury in Beadle County took three hours and forty-five mintues Tuesday to find the former Highmore Police Chief guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Pam Huber.
Judge James Anderson immediately sentenced Huber to the mandatory sentence of life in prison.
Huber was also found guilty in 2008 but the state supreme court overturned that verdict. The high court said Huber was not allowed to fully present his defense that the gun had fired accidentally.
