Brookings man injured in motorcycle accident in White

A Brookings man is injured in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident in White.

Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says it happened about 1:30 Saturday afternoon on the 100 block of Main Street.

A motorcycle driven by 41-year-old Robert Walgoske was traveling west on Main when he lost control and tipped the cycle on its side. He believed he hit a pothole.

Walgoske was taken to the Brookings Hospital Emergency Room by the White Ambulance with unknown injuries.
