A Brookings woman has been arrested for her alleged role in the kidnapping of a Sioux Falls woman at Oakwood Lakes State Park Sunday morning.

Twenty-nine-year-old Ashle Elizabeth Heier was arrested in Sioux Falls and is being held on four counts of harboring or concealing a criminal, parole violations, and drug charges. Brookings County Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says she’s being brought back to Brookings to face the charges.
