Charges dropped against Arlington man who had been charged with attempted murder

An Arlington man charged with First Degree Attempted Murder, Felony Aggravated Assault and Felony Abuse or Cruelty to a Minor has had all charges against him dismissed.

A court complaint stated that on or about January 1st at a location in Kingsbury County, 32-year-old Brandon Miklos attempted to suffocate a female identified by the initials K.P.

The Beadle County State’s Attorney’s office has confirmed that all charges have been dismissed in the case due to a “lack of evidence.”
