Free applications to SD universities and technical colleges through November

South Dakota high school seniors can apply to South Dakota’s public universities and technical colleges free of charge through November.
It’s in recognition of National Higher Education Month.
It includes the state’s six public universities and four technical colleges.
Secretary of Education Joe Graves says the free application period is one way to get South Dakota students to explore these options that are close to home.
