Hobo Day weekend arrest numbers released

The Brookings County Sheriff’s Department has issued the arrest report for the Hobo Day weekend.

These were a total of 46 people booked into the jail from 6:00 p.m. Thursday through noon Sunday.

The Charges include: 18 DUI, five felony drug charges and 10 misdemeanor drug charges. There were three assault charges, 18 underage possession or open container charges and one indecent exposure.

There were also 13 disorderly conduct, obstructing a law enforcement officer or resisting arrest, three intentional damage to property, two entering or remaining in a building and 13 traffic charges.
