Kingsbury Co. Sheriff’s Dept. issues warning after break-ins

Kingsbury County officials are warning residents to take precautions after a recent rash of break-ins.
In a Facebook post, the Sheriff’s Department reports several garage and vehicle break-ins in DeSmet last weekend. In some instances, entry was gained and nothing was taken. These cases are still under investigation.
They’re asking residents to lock their vehicles, homes and garages.
Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Kingsbury County Sheriff’s Office.
