Man injured in cement truck rollover near Lake Sinai

One man is injured in a Tuesday rollover accident involving a cement truck south of Lake Sinai.
Brookings County Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says the truck was being driven by 31-year-old Kasey Menzel of Lake Preston.
It happened at about 8:20 am on 216th Street near the intersection with 457th Avenue. Sebring says the truck had driven past the intersection into a low area with water on both sides of the road. The driver lost control on some soft gravel and the truck went into the water and rolled.
Menzel was taken to the Brookings Hospital by the Arlington Ambulance with unknown injuries. The vehicle was a complete loss.
The Sinai, Volga and Arlington Fire Departments also responded.
The Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
