A man was killed Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash about five miles north of Rapid City.

Names of the three people involved have not yet been released.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says an SUV was southbound when it crossed the center line and collided with a northbound car.

The 50-year-old man driving the car was not wearing a seatbelt and was later pronounced dead at a Rapid City hospital.

Neither the 14-year-old female driver of the SUV nor the 50-year-old female passenger were hurt. Both were wearing seatbelts.
