Sioux Empire Fair sets curfew for 17 and under
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Sioux Empire Fair is enacting a 9:00 pm curfew for anyone 17 and under not accompanied by a parent or adult family member 18 years of age or older.
Anyone 17 and under must be accompanied at all times while on the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. The curfew will be enforced for the length of the fair which runs August 9-14.
Fair officials say the curfew is in place in order to maintain the safety of everyone at the Sioux Empire Fair and continue to keep it a family friendly event.
