The Annual Brookings Summer Arts Festival kicks off tomorrow morning at Pioneer Park.

Shari Budahl Avery is publicity chair for the Brookings Summer Arts Festival and says they’ve got lots in store with something for just about everyone.

In addition to more than 200 artists, the Festival features a wide range of gourmet, ethnic and good old South Dakota food from 38 vendors including pork loin sandwiches, apple crisp, jambalaya, beef and lamb chislic, Indian fry bread and ice cold freshly squeezed lemonade.

There’s free entertainment both days on 3 stages including the 85 year old historic band shell ranging from folk to blue grass music and Irish Keltic to rockabilly music.  For a full schedule of entertainment visit the Brookings Summer Arts Festival website at www.bsaf.com.

The Brookings Summer Arts Festival runs tomorrow from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm, with free admission both days.
