Tractor lost to fire north of Volga

A tractor is lost to fire north of Volga on 464th Avenue.
Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says the Sheriff’s Office and Volga Fire Department responded to the scene shortly before 2:00 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.
The fire department was able to extinguish the fire, preventing further damage to
surrounding buildings.
The tractor was valued at $35,000. The cause of the fire is believed to be a faulty battery heater.
There were no injuries were reported.
